31,186 Gifted in cash from our commissions to OCPS Employees & Families who have purchased New Construction,
Resale Homes or Sold their Homes.
So proud to have assisted customers who have collectively obtained  $137,000 in DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE.
Gifted $2,600 to the OCPS schools of the employees that have utilized our program. (for Principal’s Discretionary Fund)



The Real Estate Benefits Program, LLC, formally known as OCPS Real Estate Program has been registered as a district wide     PARTNER IN EDUCATION with Orange County Public Schools. ALL OCPS employees, volunteers and their families are eligible for this program.

  Orange County Public Schools Real Estate Program                        
      Program  Details:
  1.  Cash back for All OCPS Employees and Volunteers
Through the program you will receive 20% of our real estate commission, up to $2,000 when you sell and/or purchase a home.

If you are selling a home you will receive a 20% rebate of the brokerage fee acquired by our real estate company, up to $2,000.
(Rebates are not permitted when a home is sold through a short sale.)  

If you are buying a home you will receive a gift of 20% of our real estate commission, up to $2,000, after closing. It is considered a gift to you because buyers do not pay realtor fees. REBP Team has access to all listings with all real estate companies. We also represent our customers with all New Construction Home Builders. Our Representation affords you the opportunity of the best price, closing costs and upgrades. We also represent our customers with sale by owners.

  Access to Down Payment Assistance. It only takes a phone call to see if you are eligible for down payment assistance. If you are eligible we will guide you through the process and show you homes that fit in with the DPA guidelines. So far we have helped our
customers obtain a collective amount of $137,000. Many Banks offer up to $7,500 in down payment assistance.

  2.   Provide Home Buyer Workshops to Employees and Parents of OCPS Students
on the school site at the Principals' request.
Buyer Workshops will include:
Down Payment Assistance information.
How to obtain pre-approval for financing before even starting to look for a home.
How to improve your credit rating to obtain the best possible interest rate.
How to save thousands of dollars in interest and reduce the number of mortgage payments that you have to make.
How to find the perfect home.
How to obtain the seller's assistance to help pay for closing costs.

  3.  Provide Home Seller Workshops to Employees and Parents of OCPS Students

Seller Workshops will include:
How to prepare your home for showing.
How to arrive at a competitive price for your home.
How to attract more qualified buyers.
How to market your home.
Personal Consultation on how to Avoid Foreclosure and learn options that may be available.
